Media Player 11 and Photo Tags

Hello everyone, I am trying to organize my digital media with Media Player 11. It seems to work great with my music files. However, I am having trouble getting any organization features to work with my photos.
Does
anyone know how to get the Tags to work with photos? I've tried right clicking on Tags and the File menu, but I cant figure out how to create new tags. Viewing the properties on the photos from within Media Player does not present tagging options either.
Then I created Tags for all of my photos in the Windows Photo Gallery program (which worked fine) and then launched Media Player to see if it would pick up on the tags there... but it doesn't!

I don't think you can, can you?

Windows Media Player is for Music and Video Windows Photo Gallery and the Pictures folder handle images
You should be able to add meta data information by indivdually selecting each file and click the Edit Properties link on the Properties bar. -- -- Andre Windows Connect | http://www.windowsconnected.com Extended64 | http://www.extended64.com Blog | http://www.extended64.com/blogs/andre http://spaces.msn.com/members/adacosta FAQ for MS AntiSpy http://www.geocities.com/marfer_mvp/FAQ_MSantispy.htm "Steven Land" wrote in message

WMP has Photo Gallery features since v10, which are still in v11. They just happen to be AWFUL since there isn't a way to manage the images separate to your music/video files. So, for instance, my interesting photos are completely swamped by thousands of album art files for CDs and stationery-type gifs etc for web-pages.
